Joe Rafferty is currently Chief Executive of NHS Central Lancashire. The organisation has an annual commissioning budget of £750M for a resident population of 480,000 people across a mixed geography of 450 sq miles.
Laura Roberts
Laura Roberts joined the NHS in the North West over 20 years ago and has worked in acute, mental health and community health services. After completing a Masters degree in computation, she worked in the private sector for 3 years before returning to the NHS.
Lucy Botting
I began my nursing career in 1985 in Guildford, completing at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast. I then went on to become a district nursing sister (community teacher and prescriber) for a dynamic GP fund holding practice in Belfast.
Martin Wilkinson
Martin has been Director of Strategy and System Management at NHS Lewisham for 2½ years with responsibility for strategy, commissioning of primary care and community health services, and system management for the commissioning of acute services and health client groups (which are commissioned on the PCT’s behalf through collaborative arrangements with other PCTs and the Local Authority respectively).
Paul Stanton
Paul Stanton is founder and CEO of Southminster Consultancy Associates (SCA). Until April 2008 when the NHS Clinical Governance Support Team (CGST) closed, Paul Stanton was Director of NHS Board Development.
