Sue Harriman is the Director of Clinical Excellence and Delivery in Hampshire Community Health Care (HCHC), an Autonomous Provider Organisation.

Sue is a Registered Nurse who spent the first sixteen years of her clinical career in the Royal Navy and has worked in both secondary and primary care settings since joining the NHS.

Before joining HCHC Sue was an Infection Prevention and Control Consultant Nurse in a large acute trust. She was directly involved in a complex cultural change programme that led to significant reductions in Health Care Associated Infection in the south east of Hampshire.

Sue is now the operational and Integrated Governance lead for HCHC the provider arm of Hampshire PCT as well as the professional lead for nursing and therapies.

Sue has led the organisational review of community service provision in HCHC over the last eighteen months and is driving forward fundamental change through these services to ensure that HCHC is an organisation that listens to its patients and provides high quality services; demonstrating its performance through contractually defined quality outcomes.
