Martin has been Director of Strategy and System Management at NHS Lewisham for 2½ years with responsibility for strategy, commissioning of primary care and community health services, and system management for the commissioning of acute services and health client groups (which are commissioned on the PCT’s behalf through collaborative arrangements with other PCTs and the Local Authority respectively).
Martin is also responsible for fostering positive clinical engagement and service redesign through local clinical commissioners. He is a member of the Professional Executive Committee and Board.
Martin’s background is in commissioning working in the South East London area since 1995. His interests outside work evolve around his young family.
