Carol Tilley
Carol Tilley is currently Deputy Director for Integrated Care and Rehabilitation, at Bournemouth and Poole Community Health Services. As deputy director she provides strategic leadership for a team of over 500 staff and is accountable for a wide portfolio of community based services.
Carol has worked in health and social care for 7 years and has been employed by both the NHS and local authorities in a variety of roles.
Carol is a qualified banker and management scientist; and previously worked as a senior executive in banking, prior to changing career.
As the lead for business development at Bournemouth and Poole Community Health Services she finds herself increasingly using the commercial and business skills she developed in the private sector to deliver the health and care agenda for her local community.
